Symposium Registration Rates for 2017

All rates are GST inclusive.

 

Delegate Registration - Early Bird $990 (Full rate $1490 applies from 22nd April 2017).

Academic Registration $495

Student Registration $250

Speaker Registration $495

Symposium Registration Includes:

  • Entry to all Symposium sessions (Tuesday 2nd and Wednesday 3rd May).
  • Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea daily.
  • Symposium materials.
  • Networking reception (Tuesday evening 2nd May).
 
 

What rate am I eligible for?

  • Academic rates apply to full-time members (staff) of a recognised tertiary educational institution (universities). Please provide your University ID number upon registration.
  • Student rates apply to full-time students of recognised Australian tertiary educational institution (universities). Please provide your University ID number upon registration.
  • Speaker rates apply to people selected to present a paper during the symposium. Speakers are required to register for the symposium.

Terms and Conditions
Symposium cancellation and refund policy
Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the symposium after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. In the case of a cancellation, delegates must inform Consec - Conference and Event Management in writing of their inability to attend. A refund of the registration fee, less a cancellation fee of $155.00 including GST will be made on or before Monday 10 April 2017. No refunds will be made to anything after Monday 10 April 2017. All refunds are made after the symposium. Any changes made to a registration within seven (7) days of the symposium will incur a $40.00 administrative fee.

The symposium program and registration information is correct at the time of viewing/printing. However, the organisers reserve the right to change the information where necessary without notice.

Privacy statement
Your name and organisation, state/country only - in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988, will be published in the delegate list which is provided to delegates, exhibitors and sponsors at the event. Your name and contact information may be used by other approved stakeholders such as the host body, symposium manager or speakers and exhibitors in connection with promotion, networking, revenue raising and administration of this symposium .We may use this information for the promotion of future events of this type. Attendees are advised that photographs and videos may be taken during the symposium and reproduced for promotional purposes.
